TMEM30A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM30A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,386 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM30A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO6, SMAP1, and PREP. Each is linked with TMEM30A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM30A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM30A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM30A versus MYO6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM30A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM30A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
