Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM30A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,940 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM30A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP11A, GK-AS1, and TSHZ3. Each is linked with TMEM30A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM30A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM30A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM30A versus ATP11A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM30A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM30A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
