TMEM30A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM30A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM30A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and INPP4B. Each is linked with TMEM30A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM30A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM30A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by TMEM30A-low versus TMEM30A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM30A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM30A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
