Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM30A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,269 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM30A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with TMEM30A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM30A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM30A results are reported.
