Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM272 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,962 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM272-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARRB1, BAIAP2_S454, and BICD2_S823. Each is linked with TMEM272 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM272-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM272 results are reported.
