The most reproducible TMEM270-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP516, SNORD32B, and RNU6-347P. Each is linked with TMEM270 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM270-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM270 results are reported.
