The most reproducible TMEM270-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Release of cytochrome c from mitochondria, Positive regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with TMEM270 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM270-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM270 results are reported.
