TMEM268

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM268 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM268-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, MIR6894, and RNU7-30P. Each is linked with TMEM268 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM268-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM268 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by TMEM268-low versus TMEM268-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM268→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM268) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
