Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM260 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,056 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM260-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4701, IGHVII-44-2, and CEP78. Each is linked with TMEM260 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM260-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM260 results are reported.
