TMEM259

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM259 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,745 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM259-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACTIN, ADAT3, and RNF126. Each is linked with TMEM259 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM259-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM259 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM259 versus CACTIN in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM259→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM259) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
