TMEM259

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM259 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,282 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM259-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, CDK17_S180, and POLRMT. Each is linked with TMEM259 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM259-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM259 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM259 versus RAVER1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM259→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM259) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
