TMEM259

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM259 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM259-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC1B, OR4K2, and OR4K15. Each is linked with TMEM259 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM259-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM259 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC1B grouped by TMEM259-low versus TMEM259-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM259→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM259) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
