Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM255A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,241 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM255A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIP2C_S89, AKR1B1, and YME1L1. Each is linked with TMEM255A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM255A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM255A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM255A versus DIP2C_S89 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM255A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM255A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
