TMEM255A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM255A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,684 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM255A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Negative regulation of response to biotic stimulus, and CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with TMEM255A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM255A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM255A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein K48-linked ubiquitination grouped by TMEM255A-low versus TMEM255A-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM255A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM255A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
