Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM250 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM250-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP6, ZNF736P10Y, and LINC00917. Each is linked with TMEM250 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM250-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM250 results are reported.
