TMEM25

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,769 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THYN1, SQOR, and PAFAH1B3. Each is linked with TMEM25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM25-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM25 versus THYN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
