TMEM25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,991 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM25-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, NEFH, and CDKN3. Each is linked with TMEM25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM25-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM25 versus GRK3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
