Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,548 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TMEM25 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM25-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM25 results are reported.
