TMEM245

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM245 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM245-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, PTGR1, and P4HB. Each is linked with TMEM245 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM245-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM245 results are reported.
