TMEM237

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM237 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,344 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM237-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4, MCM5, and MCM6. Each is linked with TMEM237 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM237-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM237 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM237 versus MCM4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM237→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM237) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
