TMEM237

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM237 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,513 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM237-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR6, LIMK2, and KCNQ5. Each is linked with TMEM237 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM237-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM237 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM237 versus TLR6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM237→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM237) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
