The most reproducible TMEM234-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, Base-excision repair, AP site formation, and Depyrimidination. Each is linked with TMEM234 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM234-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM234 results are reported.
