TMEM219

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM219 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,048 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM219-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP4, COG7, and JPT2. Each is linked with TMEM219 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM219-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM219 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM219 versus PARP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM219→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM219) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
