TMEM217

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM217 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,090 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM217-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MC1, RPL23AP90, and LINC02427. Each is linked with TMEM217 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM217-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM217 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC1 grouped by TMEM217-low versus TMEM217-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM217→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM217) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
