TMEM205

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM205 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,549 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM205-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP4, RAB3D, and MICAL1. Each is linked with TMEM205 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM205-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM205 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM205 versus PKP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM205→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM205) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
