Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM205 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM205-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Notch1, and Tuberin. Each is linked with TMEM205 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM205-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM205 results are reported.
