TMEM199

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM199 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM199-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, LIG3, and PPP1R10. Each is linked with TMEM199 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM199-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM199 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM199 versus SUPT6H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM199→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM199) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
