Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM192 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,717 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM192-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP38, CLCN3, and SLC30A9. Each is linked with TMEM192 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM192-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM192 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM192 versus USP38 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM192→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM192) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
