TMEM190

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM190 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM190-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH4, MYH7, and MYH2. Each is linked with TMEM190 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM190-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM190 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH4 grouped by TMEM190-low versus TMEM190-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM190→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM190) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
