Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM190 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,481 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM190-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with TMEM190 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM190-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM190 results are reported.
