TMEM19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,546 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAND1, AHNAK_T4564, and USP5. Each is linked with TMEM19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM19-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM19 versus CAND1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
