TMEM19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,877 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROBO4, ILF3-DT, and TCEA1P2. Each is linked with TMEM19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM19-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM19 versus ROBO4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
