Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,363 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with TMEM19 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM19-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM19 results are reported.
