TMEM19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-5, S100G, and TEX26. Each is linked with TMEM19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM19-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-5 grouped by TMEM19-low versus TMEM19-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
