The most reproducible TMEM186-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, tRNA modification, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with TMEM186 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM186-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM186 results are reported.
