Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM185A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,549 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM185A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, THOC2, and EMD. Each is linked with TMEM185A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM185A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM185A results are reported.
