Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM184A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM184A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, ADAMTS19, and RORB. Each is linked with TMEM184A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM184A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM184A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by TMEM184A-low versus TMEM184A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM184A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM184A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
