TMEM182

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM182 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,160 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM182-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF40A, GTF3C3, and STAM2. Each is linked with TMEM182 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM182-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM182 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM182 versus PRPF40A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM182→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM182) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
