TMEM18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 476 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB28P2, YWHAEP2, and MIR6780B. Each is linked with TMEM18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM18-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB28P2 grouped by TMEM18-low versus TMEM18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
