Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM178A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,427 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM178A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Flagellated sperm motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with TMEM178A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM178A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM178A results are reported.
