The most reproducible TMEM174-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP and Skeletal muscle. Each is linked with TMEM174 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM174-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM174 results are reported.
