Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM174 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM174-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX2, KRTAP2-4, and DMRTB1. Each is linked with TMEM174 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM174-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM174 results are reported.
