TMEM169

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM169 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM169-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with TMEM169 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM169-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM169 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by TMEM169-low versus TMEM169-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM169→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM169) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
