TMEM164

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM164 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,360 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM164-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOS1AP, PHF6, and HMGB3. Each is linked with TMEM164 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM164-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM164 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM164 versus NOS1AP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM164→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM164) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
