TMEM164

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM164 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM164-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP158, TRBV21-1, and GAPDHP34. Each is linked with TMEM164 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM164-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM164 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP158 grouped by TMEM164-low versus TMEM164-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM164→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM164) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
