TMEM159

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM159 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM159-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2C61P, RNU6-1260P, and RBAK-RBAKDN. Each is linked with TMEM159 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM159-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM159 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP2C61P grouped by TMEM159-low versus TMEM159-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM159→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM159) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
