TMEM154

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM154 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,175 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM154-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R93P, SETD9, and MRPL10. Each is linked with TMEM154 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM154-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM154 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R93P grouped by TMEM154-low versus TMEM154-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM154→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM154) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
