The most reproducible TMEM150A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Meiotic chromosome segregation, and Positive regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with TMEM150A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM150A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM150A results are reported.
