TMEM14DP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14DP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,810 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14DP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oligosaccharide-lipid intermediate biosynthetic process, Mitochondrial translational elongation, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with TMEM14DP in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14DP-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14DP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM14DP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM14DP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
