Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,413 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM14B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC2, TMEM176B, and TFAM. Each is linked with TMEM14B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM14B versus DNAJC2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM14B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM14B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
